Operations & Strategy Intern (Summer 2026)

Presence is seeking an Operations & Strategy Intern to join their team for Summer 2026. The intern will play a meaningful role in advancing Presence's mission to deliver teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs. The internship is designed to be a hands-on, immersive experience where the intern will gain real-world exposure to how a growing, mission-driven organization manages operational complexity and uses data to drive decisions.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in business, economics, data science, public policy, data analytics, engineering, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date in 2027 or 2028
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and/or data visualization tools
• Available to work up to 25 hours per week
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Enthusiasm for remote work and "cameras on" collaboration
