PC Financial is seeking a Manager, Acquisition Strategy for Credit Card Products. The role will develop customer acquisition strategies and work closely with channel owners to deliver quality metrics. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in banking, payments, credit cards, or financial services, and a strong understanding of digital sales analytics and owned and paid media channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience
- MBA a strong asset
- 4+ years of professional experience, strong preference to candidates within the banking, payments, credit cards, or financial services business
- Experience with digital sales analytics, and understanding of digital owned and paid media channels and opportunities to optimize across all
- Experience in loyalty and/or product launches with banks is a plus
- Results oriented! Demonstrated ability to be part of multiple projects/initiatives of varying size and complexity, while prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment.
- Fantastic storytelling skills with ability to combine research, trends, quantitative data and market trends into opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability work cross functionally within the organization and to build relationships internally and externally.
- Experience in development, implementation, and performance attribution of customer centric strategy & tactics.
