Job Description
We are in need of a weekend Front Desk Agent to work our evening shift and possibly pick up a shift or 2 during the week. As a Guest Service Agent, you will provide a wide range of support to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. Our company believes that people are the foundation of our success and strives to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Phone etiquette and utilize a script with every phone call
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
