Job Description
Presrite Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance program at its E78th facility in Cleveland, OH, ensuring equipment is in proper working condition and minimizing unplanned downtime. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or related field, and a minimum of 10 years of Industrial Maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a maintenance leadership role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related field
- Minimum of 10 years Industrial Maintenance experience
- At least 3 years experience in a maintenance leadership role
- CMRP certification is desired
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Ability to collaborate with diverse work groups and floor associates
- Excellent time management and leadership capabilities
