Job Description

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Mold/Setup Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert that prepares, installs, and calibrates molds, tooling, and auxiliary equipment for plastic extrusion or injection blow molding machines.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with blow molding machinery
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical
- Ability to lift molds and perform manual tasks (bending, twisting, climbing)
- Ability to use hand tools and perform mechanical troubleshooting
- Understanding of plastics, polymer materials, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints and schematics
- Ability to detect quality flaws and maintain precision settings
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
