- Expert in service processes in the B2B mobile field
- Experience in building up, maintaining, and optimizing service organizations
- Deep understanding of end-to-end solutions in mobile telecommunications technologies
- Experience in specifying requirements and change management of ticket tools, BSS, and OSS systems
- ISMS certifications and audits expertise
- High service and quality orientation
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Very good German and good English skills
