Requirements
- Completed training as a systems integrator or comparable training
- Several years of practical experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level) or in a comparable admin role in the client/Workplace environment
- Very good knowledge of Windows client operating systems
- Comprehensive experience with Microsoft 365 in the corporate environment
- Experienced handling of Microsoft Azure
- Secure knowledge in typical infrastructure topics for the workplace
- Outstanding service orientation and a structured and self-reliant way of working
- Good knowledge of German in writing and speech
