The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for details, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in site management, construction, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of safety standards and applicable regulations (RBQ, R-20 Act)
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications
• Attention to detail and observation skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team spirit and ability to work under pressure
