We are looking for an ambitious and data-driven Head of Digital Marketing (f/m/d) to lead our growth strategy across digital channels, with a particular focus on performance marketing, conversion, and ROI. As Head of Digital Marketing (f/m/d), you will take the lead in scaling Prewave’s digital customer acquisition engine across the entire funnel - from awareness to conversion.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B digital/performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Strong experience managing budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and remarketing platforms
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution models, conversion metrics, CAC, LTV, and ROI reporting
- Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics and other relevant MarTech solutions.
- A track record of measurable pipeline contribution through scalable growth initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation, and constant iteration
- Experience with marketing in complex or technical B2B environments is a strong plus
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Fluent in both English and German
- Valid work permit for Austria/Germany
