This position involves performing vehicle repair work according to dealership and factory standards, diagnosing malfunctions, and communicating with the parts department. The technician will be responsible for documentation, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Apprentices may be supervised.

- Diagnoses cause of most malfunctions and performs repair.
- Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
