Job Description
The Workday Functional Analyst will be the functional expert for our Workday platform, enabling data-driven HR decisions across our global organization. The role will involve optimizing design, configuration, and reporting to ensure efficient and scalable HR operations.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience working with HRIS, reporting, and system configuration.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including Report Writer, Advanced reporting and calculated fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Workday HCM certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards.
- Skilled at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and intellectually curious.
