Prompt Engineer

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our tech-driven organization and help bring our AI strategy into practice. As a Prompt Engineer, you will translate human intent into effective AI output and work within the Conversie & Revenue Growth team to achieve maximum impact.

Requirements

• Designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for various business processes and customer-facing applications
• Building, managing, and documenting prompt libraries and internal knowledge bases
• Translating business issues into efficient AI workflows and automations
• Executing experiments to improve performance, reliability, and consistency of models
• Analyzing AI output and signaling risks such as bias, hallucinations, and inconsistency
• Collaborating with our Tech department to integrate AI modules into internal systems and consumer-facing products
• Developing guidelines, best practices, and training materials to help colleagues use AI safely, effectively, and efficiently
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI and translating them into concrete business opportunities
