Job Description
The Batching Operator is responsible for accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients to create batches of pet food products, ensuring consistent product quality and meeting production goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in food, feed, or pet food manufacturing preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills required; ability to use scales and batching systems accurately.
- Understanding of food safety, quality control, and sanitation standards (GMP, HACCP, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
