Job Description
The Sanitation Lead is responsible for assisting with nightly operations, providing oversight to sanitation employees, and ensuring compliance with food safety and GMP requirements. The role involves leading teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring a strong work environment.
Requirements
- Comply with GMPs, HACCP, and other food safety guidelines
- Maintain SQF compliance
- Train employees in safety awareness and departmental procedures
- Assign jobs and tasks to employees
- Address employee disputes and relations issues
- Develop employees to perform in a self-directed manner
