Job Description

Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a preventative care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver sensitive information with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Benefits
