Job Description
The Branch Manager Exempt is responsible for exercising complete responsibility for the immediate branch, including directing, coordinating, and monitoring all sales, branch operation, and personnel development activities. They assess local market conditions, identify sales opportunities, and develop business plans to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
