Loan Officer Outside Sales

Proactively solicit new residential mortgage clients, develop business network, and cultivate referral sources. Analyze borrower’s financial and credit data, determine creditworthiness, and offer mortgage loan products.

Requirements

• Originates their own sales by contacting prospective clients
• Develops and maintains referral sources
• Meets with prospective clients at locations other than PRMI’s offices
• Obtains credit information and necessary documentation for application process
• Develops new and continued business opportunities and sales leads
• Carries out major assignments affecting business operations of the employer or the employer’s customers
