Requirements

• Actively support the investment team in deal structuring and portfolio management
• Participate in the development of financial parameters and contribute to investment decisions
• Create credit templates and prepare investment decisions
• Manage and analyze existing investments in private debt
• Approve waiver requests and amendments within the company's authorization limits
• Act as the primary contact for intensive and restructuring engagements
• Monitor and control assigned portfolios and investments
• Create investor reports and respond to ad-hoc inquiries
• Maintain data in the company's systems
• Create marketing materials for existing and new customers
• Support due diligence processes
• Lead internal projects related to private debt
