Project Manager

At PRIME, a culture of empathy, trust, and belonging are foundational. As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the successful execution of small to medium-scale construction projects, operating with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Collaborate on work procurement and engage in business development activities
• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Communicate clear expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Proactively resolve issues and address problems throughout project life cycle
• Effectively manage project scope by documenting and obtaining approvals for any changes
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members to foster a high-performance work environment
• Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices
• Maintain a physical presence onsite and regularly visit jobsites to oversee progress
• Perform other duties as requested
