Job Description
Prime Electric is seeking a Technologies Estimator to join their team. The role involves producing precise electrical estimates for various project types, including commercial, industrial, and high-tech facilities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical estimating and strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- 5+ years of electrical estimating experience and/or training in commercial, industrial, high-tech, vertical high-rise, and health care industries
- Experience with Estimating - Data/Video, Access Control, CCTV, AV, DAS
- Experience with preparing, completing, explaining, and reviewing complex estimates with Chief Estimator
- Experience with delivery models: Plan & Spec, Design-Assist, and Design-Build
- Knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction methods
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, BlueBeam and/or Accubid and LiveCount
