Seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a highly accomplished CEO in a complex, dynamic, and multifaceted portfolio of commitments. The ideal candidate will operate as a trusted extension of the principal, bringing discretion, precision, and exceptional judgment to a fast-moving, global, and highly complex environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years supporting a CEO, founder, principal, or senior executive in a highly complex environment
• Experience in family office, private equity, founder-led companies, or similarly dynamic ecosystems
• Proven mastery of high-volume global travel coordination
• Exceptional calendar judgment and real-time prioritization capability
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and domains simultaneously
• High emotional intelligence with strong composure under pressure
• Analytical, thoughtful, and data-oriented
• Low-drama, steady, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable operating independently without constant instruction
