Associate Attorney (Litigation)

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to manage civil litigation cases for plaintiffs and represent clients in personal injury and property damage litigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license
• 2-5 years of proven experience in plaintiff litigation
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and research skills
• Demonstrated success in securing favorable verdicts and settlements
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
