Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active license and in good standing to practice law in the state of Florida
- 5-7 years of demonstrable experience in commercial litigation
- Robust drafting/writing and research capabilities
- Proven ability to manage cases with minimal supervision and a successful trial track record
- Proficient knowledge of state and federal court procedures
