Job Description
Our confidential client, an innovative corporate law firm based in New York City, is seeking an experienced Transactional Corporate Attorney to join their team. Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar (Delaware Bar admission is a plus but not required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional corporate law, preferably with BigLaw experience
- Proven expertise in fund formation, credit transactions, and general corporate matters
- Strong written, oral, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated business acumen
- Self-motivated with an ownership mentality over client relationships
