We are seeking an Executive Lifestyle Manager to join our Miami office. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in an environment where no two days are alike.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-level executive assistant, personal assistant, or project management role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an expert-level command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Confident, professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel occasionally.
- US citizen or valid work permit.
