Requirements

• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on agreements pertinent to the business's operations
• Offering guidance on permitting, environmental, regulatory, and licensing issues
• Forming project and corporate entities, preparing board and shareholder resolutions, and other documentation related to entity formation
• Managing interactions with external counsel, overseeing legal expenses, and maintaining positive relations with external legal partners
