Litigation Attorney

We are searching for an Associate Attorney to oversee plaintiffs' civil litigation cases, manage a caseload in personal injury and property damage litigation claims, and engage with clients. The role requires a Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school, active license to practice in Florida, and 2-10 years of experience in plaintiff litigation.

Requirements

• Manage various stages of litigation cases from beginning to end
• Represent clients during pre-trials, trials, arbitrations, and mediations
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pertinent legal documents
• Work closely with the firms' attorneys to craft winning strategies
• Continually update knowledge on personal injury law advancements
• Engage with clients, addressing their concerns and managing expectations
• Partake in business development initiatives to strengthen client and industry relations
