Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects for luxury high-rise residences and amenities, managing diverse teams and ensuring project deliverables within strict timelines and budget constraints.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial project management experience
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or a closely related field
- OSHA 10/30 Safety Certification required
- Proficient in MS Office, Sage Project Management, Procore, and MS Project
