Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a renovation and construction project for a prestigious luxury high-rise residence and their amenities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction project management
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or a closely related field
- OSHA 10/30 Safety Certification required
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Strong multitasking skills and the capability to work under pressure
