Corporate Vice President of Revenue Cycle

The Corporate Vice President of Revenue Cycle has system-level responsibility for strategic planning and execution, ongoing process improvement and optimization of revenue cycle operations management systemwide. Analyzes revenue cycle metrics and provides regular reports to senior leadership on financial performance, trends, and areas for improvement and effectively implements financial improvement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of ten (10) years of end-to-end hospital revenue cycle management experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience within a system-level leadership capacity
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge and experience working with EPIC, Meditech, and Change Healthcare products
