Job Description
Lake Huron Medical Center is a 139-bed community hospital that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient health care services. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for performing respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician, with consideration of age and population specific needs and requirements of the patient.
Requirements
- Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the AHA or ARC certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the AHA certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate (preferred)
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree (preferred)
- Two (2) years of acute care experience (preferred)
