Speech Therapist

Responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders, as well as developing and implementing new programs for the department. Must have a master's degree in speech-language pathology, active licensure, and certification, as well as at least one year of experience in a hospital setting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in speech-language pathology
• Active license to practice speech language pathology in the state of anticipated employment
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• At least one year of experience in a hospital setting
