Job Description
The RCAF seeks an Aviation Maintenance Training & Standards Analyst to compare Canada's civil aircraft maintenance industry with industry best practices and identify opportunities for alignment. The role involves mapping National Occupational Standards, logbooks, and databases to identify alignment and divergence between civilian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer categories and RCAF aviation technician trades.
Requirements
- Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licence, AME-M category, with M2 rating or higher
- Minimum of 96 months (8 years) of aircraft maintenance experience within the last 144 months (12 years) in Canada's civil aviation maintenance environment
- Experience performing First Line (daily operational), and Second Line (heavy/in-depth) aircraft maintenance
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in project management and in overseeing all phases of the project
- Currently hold a valid Reliability-level clearance with the federal government of Canada through PSPC
