Job Description
The company is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their Finance/Shared Services department, responsible for managing accounts receivable, billing, and collection activities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, and at least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable. They will work closely with project teams to reconcile accounts, issue invoices, and support timely collection of receivables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable
- Experience supporting project-based or engineering-focused environments
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly in project systems and receivables modules
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented approach
