Job Description
Prime Matter Labs is looking for a skilled Set-Up Mechanic to assemble, maintain, and repair machinery used in the Personal Care industry. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, a history of completing tasks safely and timely, and the ability to minimize downtime during changeovers while meeting strict quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- History of completing tasks safely and timely
- Ability to minimize downtime during changeovers
- Manual dexterity
- Great attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with line operators, management and other teams in Operations
- History of completing all tasks and assignments in a safe manner
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move heavy parts or equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working with various machines and tools
