Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Prime Home Health is looking for passionate and committed LVNs to provide quality care to home-based patients. Job involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and working collaboratively with the team to meet positive patient care outcomes.

Requirements

• Current CA Vocational Nurse License.
• Current PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current State license, CPR certification and valid driver's license (local travel required)
