Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is essential in maintaining GAAP-compliant records, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations within Prime Providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, Power Pivots).
- Strong financial skills with an understanding of GAAP and financial statement relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in U.S. company accounting.
