Senior Electrical Engineer - Autonomous Robotics

Prime Robotics is a premier provider of end-to-end automation solutions tailored for distribution centers and warehouses. We're looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to own the electrical architecture and reliability of our autonomous mobile robots.

Requirements

• 10+ years designing complex embedded electrical systems
• Deep expertise in power distribution, DC/DC systems, grounding, EMI/EMC, and electrical reliability
• Proven ability to diagnose difficult field failures using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power analyzers
• PCB design or review experience: multi-layer boards, high-current layout, power integrity
• Experience with mobile robots, AGVs/AMRs, or industrial automation equipment
• Familiarity with Ethernet, CAN bus, and RS485/industrial protocols
• Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams, including across international sites
• Clear communicator — able to translate complex technical analysis for field service teams
