System & Network Administrator

The System and Network Administrator is responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and a variety of firewall technologies, as well as a deep understanding of virtualization platforms, such as VMWare.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System and Network Administrator
• 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure cloud platforms
• In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and VPN solutions
• Strong proficiency in VMWare and other virtualization platforms
• Experience managing Windows desktop and server environments
• Proficiency with ticketing and remote management tools
• Solid understanding of networking protocols
