Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a System and Network Administrator
- 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure cloud platforms
- In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and VPN solutions
- Strong proficiency in VMWare and other virtualization platforms
- Experience managing Windows desktop and server environments
- Proficiency with ticketing and remote management tools
