System & Network Engineer (Level II)

The System and Network Administrator is responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple client environments, providing technical expertise in system and network administration to ensure seamless operation and security of both on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System and Network Administrator
• 5+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure cloud platforms
• In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and VPN solutions
• Strong proficiency in VMWare and other virtualization platforms
• Experience managing Windows desktop and server environments
• Proficiency with ticketing and remote management tools
• Solid understanding of networking protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills
