Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) - Remote

Prime Therapeutics is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to develop, implement, and manage the ERM framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in ERM, Operational Risk, Compliance, and/or Internal Audit, and 2 years of leadership experience.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain the ERM framework and methodology
• Partner with leaders across the business to enhance the ERM function
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and articulate the company's risk management framework
• Provide expertise in the identification and assessment of controls
• Define and maintain policies and SOPs for ERM framework components
• Manage the development, coordination, and administration of the ERM function
• Build, maintain, and enhance business relations with department and business heads
