The Pharmacy Trade Relations Director Sr is responsible for managing Prime's Trade Relations program(s) for medical and pharmacy strategies and all related partner/customer relationships.
Requirements
- Partner internally with Prime teams to align strategies and negotiate with external partners
- Collaborate on rebate bid analysis and rebate agreement process to ensure alignment with corporate goals, performance standards and expected outcomes
- Support client alignment and adoption of strategies; providing direction in messaging and pull-through of strategies with internal stakeholders
- Manage external and internal relationships necessary to position products and solutions within the market or with pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Represent company objectives and perspective to external partners and communicate to ensure understanding of mutual objectives
- Serve as a department resource for escalated client issues, contract analysis, and contract language needs in rebate contracting
- Represent Trade Relations on committees to identify net-cost effective policy opportunities; support client alignment and adoption of strategies; assure communication with committee members
