As a Member Manager:

You accompany our members in their individual customer journey and ensure that their membership with us becomes a service experience.

You are both administratively in the office and operationally on the floor, always the friendly and competent contact person for all matters related to membership.

You manage important key figures in the customer satisfaction area.

You are responsible for the implementation of outbound calls in the area of billing, counseling, and questioning, etc.

As a Sales:

Active generation of members

Organization and implementation of sales and promotional activities

Telephonic contact with interested parties for appointment scheduling

Conducting advisory conversations

Administration and reporting of sales key figures

Initial training

Support in the implementation of promotional activities

Handling and logistics of promotional and event equipment

Development towards Assistant Club Manager/Club Manager possible

As a Personal Trainer:

You care for our members in the floor area

You apply the PRIME TIME Standards in training

You take over introductions and animations in the fitness area

You perform body analyses

You lead fitness advisory conversations

You provide mainly personal training

You create training plans

Development towards Training Leader possible

Your Profile

You are above all: Motivated and enthusiastic about the idea of growing with the PRIME TIME fitness team in the future!

You are interested in the fitness industry and are fascinated by PRIME TIME fitness. We are sympathetic to you and you would like to learn more about the company.

You have general higher education entrance qualifications/higher education entrance qualifications or comparable higher education entrance qualifications secured - ideally, you can hardly wait to start with a dual study program (no worry about double burden. We demand, but also promote you very much!)
