Commercial Finance Manager

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening financial insight and planning across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide high-quality analysis and commercial insight that supports decision-making and drives business performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive business performance
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and working with large, complex datasets
• Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) to deliver actionable insights
• Experience supporting pricing, profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at senior level
• Experience in a professional services, Private Equity-backed, or high-growth environment is advantageous
