Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation for adult home care services. This role includes completion and review of assessments, renewal assessments, care plan development and review, supervisory visits, and oversight of care delivery documentation.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Current TB screening
- Adult home care or home health nursing experience preferred
- Experience completing and reviewing clinical assessments and care plans
- Supervisory visit experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Medicaid and state home care regulations preferred

- $1,000 sign-on bonus: $500 paid upon hire and $500 paid after 90 days of employment
