Primech Building Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead our mechanical project initiatives, responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee all phases of mechanical projects, from inception to completion.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Document project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
