Job Description
As a Baggage Handling-Customs Agent at PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc., you will load and unload passenger luggage and cargo on and off aircraft, sort and route baggage to the correct flight and carousel, and provide baggage assistance in the customs arrival area. You will also follow airport and security rules and regulations, and ensure timely delivery of baggage to and from aircraft.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
