In this role, you will work closely with clients, developers, and project managers to understand business needs, define solutions, and ensure requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with project goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or a similar role in a technology-focused environment
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and solution documentation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with common software development concepts and practices
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on clarity and quality
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced, client-driven environment
