Venture / Private Equity Fund Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accountant with experience in venture capital or private equity fund accounting. This role will support the CFO & CEO of a venture capital fund and involve a mix of fund-level accounting, portfolio tracking, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Excellent English
• Experience with venture capital, private equity, or investment fund accounting
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong understanding of: Capital calls, distributions, fund structures (LP/GP entities)
• Familiarity with portfolio tracking and investment reporting
• Experience supporting CFOs or finance leaders
